Soccer Returns to Mosul

Today the Associated Press reports that after months of fighting, soccer players can now return and practice at an eastern field in Mosul, Iraq. Also, the soccer players can now play without ISIS imposed rules. When ISIS had control of the city, soccer players had to wear baggy shorts, cut logos from their uniforms, and referees were not allowed to use whistles.
